These services are provided to businesses ("Clients") who deploy Jinni AI for their operations. When you interact with a Jinni AI-powered system, you are interacting with our Client's AI receptionist.
By providing your phone number and scheduling an appointment through a Jinni AI-powered system, you consent to receive text messages related to your appointment and interactions with the business.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Typically 1-4 messages per scheduled appointment. Recurring messaging may occur if you have recurring appointments.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. We do not charge for messages sent to you, but standard carrier rates may apply.
Our messaging services are compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our services use artificial intelligence to process voice calls and generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. Important decisions (medical, legal, financial) should always be confirmed with the appropriate professional at the business you are contacting.
Calls handled by Jinni AI may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality purposes. By calling a Jinni AI-powered number, you consent to the recording and processing of your call. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the system at the beginning of the call or contact the business directly through other means.

All content, technology, and materials associated with Jinni AI — including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and documentation — are the property of Alvaro Lazcano and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jinni AI and Alvaro Lazcano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
